But, the set of cards you come into the world with is not something to turn away from. It is something embrace because those cards are a part of you, and you are a beautiful part of this world!

As someone who spends a lot of time seeing doctors about all the things that are wrong with my body, I find Ayurveda’s emphasis on bringing balance back to the body to be a needed reprieve!
