I am unable to do yoga because of my hypermobility, but I have found this physical therapy for people with hypermobility to be so helpful in healing both my body and mind connection. https://jeanniedibon.hypermobility.club/pages/zebra-club-sales-page
Thank you Sara for sharing that resource! I will also add that there are now some yoga teachers out there that are focusing on teaching yoga in a way that is accessible for more bodies! I am part of a group of yoga teachers on Facebook that talks about modifying for those with hypermobility. https://www.facebook.com/groups/158404171179616 I am hypermobile myself, and I know a lot of teachers do not teach yoga in an accessible way! Another option I am super excited about is yoga classes for quadriplegics!! LOVE that people are using not just movement but also meditation to work out trauma!! Thanks so much for listening!
